Let me know if this is a healthy / good . daily food cycle for a 14 year old girl.?

Breakfast normally wheat bix (no sugar) . or vanilla yoghurt (yoplait) . normally at recess i have an apple or sultanas . lunch ham n lettuce sandwhich . after school snack ( normally just any piece of fruit , or tiny teddys . ) . dinner normally chicken and pasta. desert dont really have it . but normally get hungry and grab a kiwi fruit normally :) that good food ?
