Does my house have frozen water pipes?

sometimes ice takes some time to melt in the pipes , but i would say if you do have frozen pipes and you hear gurgling when you open the faucets i would imagine you have a broken pipe somewhere and the sound came from the water draining out the break/breaks . and once that ice melts you will have running water out of all those breaks so hopefully you can shut the water off at the main if that is the case
