I have a neighbor I've asked to stay away from me and my husband. We and our kids used to be friends...?

Here's the reason I want her out of my life---her husband molested the older daughter with her knowledge!!! (I obviously had no idea until her daughter told me and she said yes it happenend and then retracted her statement!!! and tried to make the kids lie about it!!!)She tried to get me on her side of the lie she's telling--"Oh I had no idea"-- and when I wasn't game she told my husband something she knew could destroy our marriage...She just called him to see if we had a pair of her kids pj pants___oh yeah her kids are now in state custody---!! and those pants have been at our house for over 6 months. I want to get a cease and desist order from the police because she's obviously using any excuse she can find to annoy me and husband does not think it's a big deal. Can someone shed some light for me. She and her husband are facing jail time and child endangerment charges. My instinct is to go right to the police and take care of things---Please shed some light!!!
