What should i do about this school drama?

geez, so i'm not kidding. about everyone at my school thinks i'm a total ***** because they don't know the truth. and i for one know i'm not a *****. they only believe what they heard which is not true. i'm getting hate calls so i'm not really answering my phone to certain ppl. and i'm just trying to ignore it all. but its really hurting me. i can't tell them the truth because its too complicated. idk what to do. and i'm trying to ignore it and its working a little bit, but it still hurts inside. what am i supposed to do about this problem? how do i get people to out of my problems and mind their own business?
