I have my own sauce, i just want to try to bake them this time. I usually use a crock pot, but what i didn't like about that is all the sauce went to the bottom of the pot and none was on the ribs! When i bake them, do i have to use a cookie sheet or can i use like a deep pan so that they stay in the sauce? I just need some guidance from someone who knows what they are doing. Thanks a lot.
