Why are there constantly new laws?

They make new lasws so they could make new loopholes for their friends to abuse. Like healthcare. Obama is screaming cheap healthcare for all,but if you look at the legislation, it cut back on health care given out to the elderly, increase the cost for the middle cl, but the one company Obama is trying to demonize, Pharmaceuticals, would make A LOT more money. Why do you think THEY support it.
