Culturally speaking: Should I feel bad!?

Tonight I called a third world country ( Romania ) and the girls were escorts ( prostitutes ) and they're meek and mild over there. I called up the services, I flirted with the girl who actually speaks a bit of english, not a whole lot.. then again, most of the world knows am bit of english .. and I keep telling her I want her, and she keeps saying to me "no" and I say, "Yes" and she says, "You come here and choose girl, but not me" and she gives me an address ..weird name..she recommends a cab.. I ask for her name, and she pauses, and she says "I can't tell you my name" in a bit of a depressing tone.. and she insists I come to choose another girl, but not her, and I asked for her name again but the phone hung up.. Why can't American girls be like this? I mean, not broken down escorts.. but that.. IDK.. sense of desperation? It seemed so genuine, IDK. I'm blah. :| Should I feel bad for playing around with a girl who is probably in a really messed up situation?
