Help I need your OPINION?

I just got bak an Auto\Cad project.. marked out of 100%... it it has a potential of losing 300%... meaning for every 1 mistake id lose 3% and for every correct anser i only gain 1%. Shouldnt the test be marked out of 300% simply because if i got half the ignemt wrong id get 0%... do you think this is far? and if not any ideas what i should do about it?
