My messeges wont send, verizon glide phone? read det.?

I have a glyoe verizon samsung phone and its not sending my messeges, i have unlimited, my phone is charge and i have 0msgs in my inbox and sent msgs. when i try to send it says msg failed(general problem)...the rest of my familys phones are working fine. ??
