Laptop completely froze. Now not booting, HELP!!?

+The BSOD is telling you that it is unable to boot from your Hard drive. Either the OS is shot or the hard drive is physically damaged and the computer is not able to access it. If it is making noise, then in all probability, the HD is physcially damaged.
