I have 1 month and 7 days old baby..?

Today in the morning he ped a small pebble like stool. He is on Enfamil Lipil with Iron. I suspect that he is constipated. This is the first time he ped stool like that since birth..What you guys suggest? Do I need to see his next stool or do something right now? How serious is that?
