How good is the aim to study in South Korea?

I'm a Girl, grade 12 student from Bangladesh....I'll be graduating from school on Jan 2011...thinking about completing my higher studies from abroad. Well my parents asked me whether I have any favorite country where I would like to study and I told them I wanna go to Seoul and study there...But unlike Australia or Canada I have no relatives in South Korea neither I know much about their education system so Could you guys please help me by advising me what to do? Should I pursue my wish of studying in an University which is in Seoul? And do they provide courses in english? I love their drama and music...that's the reason I fell in love with that country! I'm sure the people there are very friendly.
