Displaying counting numbers via labels in VB6 - part 2?

This is in related to my original question a while ago. I tried the solutions being suggested, and it showed the counting but after a few seconds it stopped counting and afterwards it immediately shows the total number. any further suggestions? the program i'm designing has something to do with statistical counting of the number of yes votes and no votes, so any further suggestions? Thanks in advance!
