Can i sue the company who makes legal cocaine:bath salts"?

my husband started using it heavily without my knowledge right before christmas 2010 and was doing it for about 2 months. he now suffers from really bad anxiety and paranoia. we have a 2 yr old daughter and we are expecting our son in 2 weeks. hes constantly thinking someone is outside, under our house and peeking through our windows.... only no one is there. he hides knives all around our house and sets up y traps. and for 2 weeks now he says im sleeping with all the neighbors. all i do is cry and i dont know what to do. i can not commit him unless he does it voluntarily, and he will not. this drug is now illegal in nc (where we live) but hes "friends" with some of the owners at teh local tobacco shops so they still sneak and sell it to him. this has destroyed our lives. he lost his job because of it and we will probably be getting evicted soon. so am i able to take legal action against these companys? if so....... HOW!
